Fixed Weekly Schedules - 5 on 2 off

Join our team in Sechelt on the Sunshine Coast — a stunning area known for ocean views, forested trails, whale watching, kayaking, and a tight-knit community atmosphere.

This role is ideal for experienced Care Aides who want:

Predictable schedules
Consistent client assignments

About the Role

Community Care Aide position supporting clients in their homes (personal care, mobility support, daily living assistance)
Work in the Sunshine Coast community with predictable hours and meaningful impact

This is not a rotating shift — perfect if you value work–life balance.

Experience & Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

Minimum 1 year of registered BC Community Care Health Worker / Care Aide experience
Fluent English (for client communication and documentation)
Reliable vehicle — required for client travel

(Mileage reimbursed at a reasonable rate)

Valid BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry status

Ferry travel to/from Vancouver at the start and end of contract is reimbursed
Mileage reimbursement for your vehicle during client visits
