Architectural and Interior Design Technologist ( Fully in office)

Overview:
We are looking for more Architectural and Interior Design Technologists who will be responsible for developing design concepts, creating detailed drawings, and supporting the planning and execution of building projects. You will be collaborating with Architects & Architect Technologists, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and clients to ensure designs are functional, safe, and aligned with project goals, and contribute to a range of additional responsibilities to support evolving project needs.

Key Responsibilities
Revit & Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed Revit models from concept to construction
- Produce drawing packages (plans, RCPs, elevations, millwork, sections)
- Ensure accuracy, coordination, and code compliance
- Update drawings based on design changes and site conditions
Coordination:
- Assist with layouts (kitchens, bathrooms, built-ins, furniture)
- Integrate finishes, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and mechanical elements
- Resolve design and construction conflicts
Construction Documentation:
- Translate concepts into clear, buildable drawings
- Develop millwork, cabinetry, and interior details
- Support permit and construction documentation
Collaboration:
- Work with designers, project teams, and consultants
- Participate in reviews and meetings; incorporate feedback
- Help align design, budget, and timelines
Standards & Organization:
- Maintain drawing standards, templates, and file structure
- Follow workflows for version control and documentation
- Keep Revit models clean and efficient
Design & Client Support:
- Assist with mood boards, finish palettes, and presentations
- Help prepare drawings, renderings, and selection packages
Procurement Support:
- Source and organize material samples
- Maintain schedules and specification sheets
- Coordinate with vendors on pricing and availability
- Track selections and procurement timelines
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Revit
- Strong interest in architecture and interior design and detailing
- Experience with construction drawings
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant diploma or degree
Assets:
- Residential/luxury home experience
- Knowledge of construction methods
- SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools
- Understanding of materials and detailing
- Design-build experience
Salary Range:
We are committed to fair compensation based on market benchmarks, individual expertise and internal equity. Pay: $41,857.47-$95,022.78 per year
