We are looking for a WATER WELL DRILLER (LICENSED OR CURRENT APPRENTICE)

Let me tell you about the role:

We work fast paced, but not at the expense of quality. Attention to detail is important to ensure the job is done right the first time, eliminating callbacks and disappointed customers. A standard work week for plumbers is 44 hours, however during peak periods, overtime will be required. You will be working both outdoors and indoors, alone or as a team. The work can be physically demanding; you may have to stand or crouch for long periods of time and lift heavy materials. Regular communication with your team will be key to success.
Safety is our #1 priority, so consistently reviewing your work environment and working safe is a must.
You will be performing pumping tests to access well performance; perform routine maintenance work on water well drilling rigs and equipment; install, test, maintain and repair piping systems; install well screens, casing, and other fixtures; mix, pour and spread material; load, unload and transport construction material; drill and dig for water wells; install, test, maintain and repair water well pumps, piping systems and equipment.
Must have an understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
Must have an understanding of plumbing systems, wells, materials and equipment such as drilling rigs
Must have an understanding of most plumbing tools
Must have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must provide and pass a criminal background check
