About the Companies
EC Master Inc. is developing AEMPRO, an AI-native operating platform designed for engineering consulting and other project-based professional-services firms. The platform combines ERP data, workflow management, organizational knowledge and AI agents to improve proposal preparation, project execution, document review, communications and management decision-making.
Ziyutec Inc. is a Canadian electrical engineering consulting and commissioning firm serving government, institutional, commercial and industrial clients across Canada. Its project experience provides the operating environment and industry knowledge behind AEMPRO.
We are entering an important stage of product development, market validation and commercialization. We are seeking a capable and commercially minded professional who can work closely with the CEO, help translate strategic ideas into coordinated action, and represent the companies confidently with customers, partners and industry stakeholders.
The Opportunity
This is a hybrid leadership role combining CEO Office responsibilities with product marketing, market development, executive communication and strategic coordination.
The successful candidate will help the CEO move important initiatives from discussion to execution. They will participate in customer discovery, product positioning, presentations, industry outreach, strategic partnerships and early-stage business development for AEMPRO.
This is not a routine administrative assistant position. It is also not a narrowly defined corporate marketing role. It is intended for someone who can understand a complex technical product, communicate it persuasively and ensure that important initiatives are followed through to completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesCEO Office and Strategic Execution
- Work directly with the CEO to clarify priorities, organize strategic initiatives and convert ideas into executable plans.
- Prepare executive briefs, presentations, meeting materials, decision summaries and follow-up plans.
- Track important commitments, decisions, deadlines and unresolved issues across multiple initiatives.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, operations and development team members to maintain alignment and execution.
- Identify gaps, risks and inconsistencies and bring them to the CEO’s attention with practical recommendations.
- Represent the CEO appropriately in selected internal and external communications.
- Provide candid, well-reasoned advice and respectfully challenge assumptions when necessary.
- Handle confidential business, personnel and strategic information with sound judgment and discretion.
Product Marketing and Market Development
- Develop and refine AEMPRO’s value proposition, positioning, messaging and target-customer profiles.
- Translate technical functionality into clear business benefits for engineering firms and professional-services organizations.
- Conduct customer discovery interviews and document customer problems, objections, priorities and buying considerations.
- Prepare product presentations, demonstrations, case studies, sales materials, website content and industry-specific thought-leadership materials.
- Support early customer acquisition, pilot programs, strategic partnerships and market-entry activities in Canada and the United States.
- Research competitors, market developments, customer segments and relevant AI and AEC technology trends.
- Help plan and coordinate conferences, industry events, presentations, webinars and product-launch activities.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up with prospective customers, partners and other important contacts.
- Work with the product team to ensure that market feedback is translated into clear product and development priorities.
Executive and External Communication
- Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, public presentations and industry events.
- Communicate confidently with company owners, senior executives, engineers, technology professionals, investors and public-sector stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality business correspondence, presentations and briefing materials with minimal editing.
- Build credible relationships across different cultural, professional and organizational environments.
- Ensure that external commitments are realistic, clearly documented and properly followed through.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in one or more of the following areas: B2B technology, product marketing, market development, strategic partnerships, professional services, customer success, business development, consulting or a CEO/founder’s office.
- Bachelor’s degree from a highly regarded university in business, marketing, communications, engineering, technology, economics or another relevant discipline. An advanced degree is an asset.
- Exceptional spoken and written English.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical or business concepts clearly, concisely and persuasively.
- Strong executive presence, professional presentation, confidence and composure in customer meetings, public presentations and high-pressure situations.

- Experience with an early-stage technology product, product launch or North American market-entry initiative.
- Experience preparing executive presentations, pitch decks, product demonstrations, case studies or thought-leadership content.
- Experience developing relationships with company owners, senior executives or industry partners.
