About the Opportunity
The Grower Helper – Section Grower Intern is a Growing department internship focused on hands-on greenhouse crop production. Working closely with the Section Grower or Head Grower, this intern will support daily crop care activities while contributing to a crop improvement project – gaining exposure to production practices, crop monitoring, and trial-based decision-making.
Key Priorities

Learn greenhouse crop production practices

Support watering, fertilizing, spraying, and sanitation

Monitor crop quality and health

Assist with growing trials and crop evaluations

Follow all safety and biosecurity protocols

Engage in cross-functional learning
Primary Internship Project
Interns will participate in a crop improvement initiative tied directly to production outcomes.
