Responsibilities

Job Description:
Produce all assigned menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes and techniques of the company.

Duties:

Must have 3-5+ years experience in a full service kitchen working the line (REQUIRED)
Great knife handling skills
Ability to follow instructions, multitask and communicate
Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume kitchen with a good attitude
Maintain a high level of personal and professional cleanliness
Must have open availability
Food handlers certification is a requirement
Desire and ability to work as part of a team.
Adherence to cost control guidelines.
