Warehouse Order Picker

Multiple Shifts Available, Days, Evenings & Nights!

Giant Tiger Wholesale is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as permanent Warehouse Order Pickers at our Distribution Centre in Johnstown, Ontario!

What You'll Be Doing:

Pick orders to supply over 270 Giant Tiger stores across Canada
Build safe, secure, and accurate pallets with boxes of various sizes
Repeatedly lift boxes weighing between 1–50 lbs while following strict health and safety guidelines
Operate an electric double pallet truck to fulfill orders safely and efficiently
Identify and match picked skids with outbound license plate numbers (OLPNs)
Ensure order accuracy and prepare shipments within established deadlines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support other warehouse departments as needed

What You'll Bring:

A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and repeatedly lift throughout your shift
Comfort working in a fast-paced and physically active environment
Reliability, punctuality, adaptability, and strong attention to detail
A professional and positive attitude

As part of your onboarding, you will complete three days of paid machine training and must successfully obtain in-house certification. Successful certification is a mandatory condition of employment and an occupational requirement of the role.

Assets You May Have:

Experience with Voice Picking or Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems
Experience operating an electric double pallet truck or similar equipment
Previous warehouse experience
A Class G2 or higher driver's licence

When You'll Work:

Multiple shifts are available to meet your needs, including days, evenings, and nights.

Pay: From $20.48 per hour
