About Us:

Join our dynamic and patient-focused team at Fraser Family Chiropractic. We are a top-rated and leading edge chiropractic clinic committed to premium care, personalized treatments, and a welcoming, supportive environment. Our team is dedicated to helping patients feel their best, and we are looking for an awesome full-time Chiropractic Office Assistant to help us do just that.

The role is ideal for someone with a warm personality who genuinely enjoys working with people. This full-time position is perfect for someone who's looking for meaningful full-time work (30-35 hrs/wk), or simply wants to be part of a positive, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction: Greet patients with warmth and positivity, manage check-ins, and assist with basic questions.
New Patient Assessment Coordination: Assist doctor with assessments and help gather results.
Administrative Duties: Schedule appointments, manage records, and support billing and insurance processes.
Patient Education: Share wellness tips and basic info about chiropractic care and exercises.
Office Maintenance: Keep the clinic clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Qualifications:

A friendly, people-first attitude (non-negotiable)
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous experience in a healthcare setting (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, efficient, and detail oriented
Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with basic computer and social media skills
Respect for patient confidentiality (PIPEDA-compliant)
