Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $25 / hour

StoneCrest Hotels is looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing and promotional needs of our hotel group. StoneCrest Hotels operates 10+ properties, and this role will help build brand awareness, increase direct bookings, support hotel promotions, and create engaging content across multiple locations.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is creative, reliable, and able to take initiative. The right candidate should be able to work independently, communicate professionally with hotel teams, and understand how to create marketing that drives bookings and improves brand presence.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands social media, branding, digital marketing, promotions, and content creation. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, stay organized across multiple properties, and help showcase our hotels and various departments in a professional and engaging way.

Duties

Conduct keyword research and SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Create and schedule social media content for multiple hotel properties
Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, seasonal offers, and special packages
Design basic marketing materials such as posters, digital ads, email graphics, and social media posts
Support website updates, online listings, and brand consistency across hotel platforms
Help manage online presence, including Google Business Profiles, social media pages, and review platforms
Take or coordinate photo/video content for hotel rooms, amenities, events, and promotions
Work with hotel managers to promote property-specific offers and updates
Track basic campaign performance and provide ideas for improvement
Assist with email marketing, guest promotions, and direct booking initiatives
Ensure all marketing materials are professional, accurate, and aligned with brand standards

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, social media, content creation, hospitality, or a related field
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
Comfortable creating content for Instagram, Facebook, Google, websites, and email campaigns
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is an asset
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across 12 hotel properties
Photography, videography, or basic graphic design skills are considered an asset
Hospitality, hotel, or tourism marketing experience is preferred but not required
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and SEM strategies.
Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to measure campaign success and optimize performance.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams effectively.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. This position offers an engaging environment for individuals passionate about digital marketing innovation and eager to contribute to a growing organization through strategic campaigns and creative content development.
