Warehouse Manager - Perfect Solutions

Location: Kamloops, BC
Job Type: Full-Time (Flexible Hours)

Perfect Solutions is a locally owned distribution company supplying cleaning chemicals, paper products, janitorial supplies, safety products, and related solutions to commercial customers throughout the region.

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and deliveries. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products are received, stored, and distributed efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery
Maintain accurate inventory counts and records
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
Load and unload delivery vehicles
Coordinate and perform deliveries as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
Assist with purchasing and inventory replenishment
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and suppliers
Be able to travel out of town as required to sites such as Williams Lake etc
Conduct facility and cleaning audits by walking through buildings ensuring standards are met, and documenting findings in written reports
Monitor and oversee equipment condition and usage including vacuums, scrubbers and other cleaning machinery, reporting maintenance or repair needs

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
Clean criminal record (criminal record check required)
Forklift operating experience
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems are considered an asset
Previous warehouse or supervisory experience preferred
Management Training Certificate would be preferred
First Aid Certificate
