About the Role
As a Bartender at Cordo Resto + Bar, you play a key role in bringing our guest experience to life. You’ll craft elevated cocktails, build genuine connections with guests, and showcase the best of British Columbia’s local beverage scene. Working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, you’ll contribute to a bar program rooted in creativity, quality, and regional inspiration. What You’ll Do

Create a welcoming and engaging bar experience by building authentic connections with guests

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and consistency

Execute Cordo’s bar program, including signature cocktails, local wines, and craft beers
-
Maintain compliance with BC liquor laws and responsible service practices

Follow established service standards, checklists, and opening/closing procedures

Support bar inventory, stock control, and overall cleanliness and organization

Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Perform other duties as required to meet business needs
What We’re Looking For

Previous bartending or serving experience in a restaurant or hotel environment

Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service and bar operations
-
Serving It Right certification (required); Food Safe is an asset
-
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude with a strong team mindset

Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Legal eligibility to work in Canada
