General Labourer – Career Growth Opportunity

Progressive Rubber Industries is growing, and we are looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to join our team as General Labourers.

No previous rubber lining or industrial manufacturing experience? No problem.

We are looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Successful applicants will be assessed and trained into the department that best matches their skills and strengths.

This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in industrial manufacturing with a company that values safety, quality, teamwork, and personal growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your skills and career path, responsibilities may include:

Assisting production teams with day-to-day manufacturing activities
Material handling and shop organization
Preparing parts and equipment for production
Supporting blasting, painting, rubber lining, fabrication, or shipping departments
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Learning specialized skills through hands-on training

As you develop within PRI, there may be opportunities to move into:

Steel Fabrication Support
Shipping & Logistics
