Nous sommes une microbrasserie indépendante située à Chelsea, au cœur du parc de la Gatineau, en pleine expansion depuis 3 ans. Nous opérons un brewpub achalandé, une brasserie performante (8 fermenteurs + 2 BT) et nous vendons nos bières exclusivement en Outaouais.

Nous cherchons un·e brasseur·se ou maître brasseur·se expérimenté·e, passionné·e, rigoureux·se et autonome, avec au moins 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en brasserie commerciale et une formation brassicole reconnue.

Responsabilités

opérations sur un système automatisé de 1800 L
Gérer 8 fermenteurs (3600 L et 7200 L) + 2 BT, mise en fût, en canettes
Propagation de levures, tests de viabilité, suivi microbiologique (HLP, etc.)
Optimisation des rendements et efficacité à chaque étape
Suivi rigoureux de la qualité du concassage à l’emballage

Compétences recherchées :

2 à 5 ans minimum d’expérience en brasserie commerciale
Formation brassicole (DEP, technique, universitaire ou équivalent)
Connaissances en microbiologie appliquée à la brasserie
Expérience en gestion de production et logistique
Atout : connaissance du système EKOS

Brewer (Full-Time) – Chelsea, Quebec

We are an independent microbrewery located in Chelsea, Quebec — right in the heart of Gatineau Park. Our brewery has grown steadily for the past 3 years. We operate a busy and vibrant brewpub, manage 8 fermenters, and sell our beer exclusively in the Outaouais region. We’re looking for an experienced, autonomous and passionate brewer or head brewer with at least 2 years of experience in a commercial brewery and a recognized brewing education.

Responsibilities:

operations on our fully automated 1800 L system
Manage 8 fermenters (3600 L and 7200 L), kegging and canning
Yeast propagation, viability testing, and microbiological monitoring (HLP, etc.)
Process optimization and yield improvement at every step
Ensure rigorous quality control from grain crush to packaging

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in commercial brewing
Brewing diploma or formal brewing education (technical or university-level)
Knowledge of brewing microbiology
Production and logistics planning skills
Asset: experience with EKOS brewing software
