Independent Nurse Injector (Contractor) – Cosmetic Neuromodulators

Requirements

Proof of a Canadian-accredited Neuromodulator Training Certificate.
Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
Must reside in Ontario.

Ease Aesthetics partners with aesthetic nurses by providing the clinical, operational, and business support needed to build a successful cosmetic injectables practice.

We're looking for motivated nurses who are interested in growing their aesthetic careers. As an independent contractor with Ease Aesthetics, you'll have the flexibility to build your own client base while receiving mentorship, business guidance, and access to the tools needed to succeed.

Many nurses choose to continue operating under the Ease Aesthetics brand long-term, while others eventually transition into operating under their own brand. We support whichever path best aligns with your professional goals.

What We Provide

Medical director oversight.
Business launch and practice development support.
Access to Jane practice management software (charting, scheduling, invoicing, and online booking).
Preferred pricing through our supply storefront.
Clinical resources and continuing neuromodulator education.
Marketing and social media guidance.
Business coaching and growth strategy.
Monthly mentorship and education meetings.
Ongoing clinical and operational support.

Responsibilities

As an Independent Nurse Injector, you will:

Build and maintain your own client base.
Perform cosmetic neuromodulator (Dysport) treatments within your scope of practice.
Maintain accurate client documentation using Jane.
Deliver exceptional client care while following evidence-based clinical standards.
Maintain all required professional licensing and liability insurance.
Continue developing your clinical knowledge and injection skills.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for nurses who are:

Self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
Passionate about aesthetic medicine.
Interested in growing a long-term aesthetic practice.
Comfortable networking and marketing themselves.
Committed to safe, ethical, evidence-based patient care.

Qualifications

Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
Professional liability insurance through RNAO, RPNAO, or another approved provider.
Proof of a Canadian-accredited Neuromodulator Training Certificate.
Cosmetic injection experience is considered an asset but is not required.
Strong understanding of facial anatomy.
Social media or marketing experience is an asset.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor position.

Compensation is based on the services you provide and the clients you see. Your earning potential grows as you build your practice, while maintaining flexibility over your schedule and workload.

Schedule

Flexible hours.
Choose when you work.
Practice from an approved home clinic, rented treatment space, or other appropriate treatment location.
Grow your practice at your own pace.
