Automotive Service:

Race Toyota in Lindsay has an opening to join our amazing team in the Automotive Service Department. We are currently looking an Appointment Coordinator/Warranty Clerk. We offer competitive wages, great working hours, with Medical benefits available. We are a dealership with a great reputation and looking for someone to provide an excellent service experience for all.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule appointments
Provide exceptional phone etiquette
Provide excellent customer service
Competent computer skills for managing service records and customer interaction
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all computer systems are updated with customer information and service history
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
Process and track warranty claims from start to completion
Review claims for accuracy and eligibility
Maintain organized records and documentation
Follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely resolution
Assist with reporting and warranty analysis
Previous experience in a dealership would be an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $44,500.00-$60,000.00 per year
