$25.07/hour | Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual | Day, Evening & Night Shifts

The Opportunity

Mission Creek Landing is one of Kelowna's most established long-term care communities, nestled in a park-like setting beside Mission Creek Regional Park. For over 45 years, we've provided a safe, dignified home for seniors who can no longer live independently.

Now, we're entering our biggest chapter yet. We're expanding from 132 to 242 beds in Summer 2026 with new state-of-the-art equipment, and we're looking for Dietary Aides who want to grow with us.

This is more than a staffing call. It's a chance to help shape the culture, the care standards, and the team of a brand-new wing within a trusted community.

What Your Days Will Look Like

Assisting with meal prep and plating
Serving meals in a respectful, resident- centered way
Following special diets (Texture modified, diabetic, low sodium, thickened fluids)
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents and coworkers
Upholding resident rights, dignity, confidentiality, and independence every single shift

What You Bring

Valid Food Safe Certification
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently, take direction, and adapt with flexibility
Physical ability to meet the demands of the role
Successful Criminal Record Check (vulnerable sector)
Ability to follow dietary plans and safety protocols
Compassion and Patience
Attention to detail
