Job Summary

Join our dynamic agricultural team as an Agricultural Worker and play a vital role in cultivating healthy crops and maintaining productive farm environments. This energetic position involves hands-on work across various farming activities, ensuring the smooth operation of farm machinery, irrigation systems, and horticultural practices. Responsibilities

Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and equipment
Operate heavy machinery and farm equipment safely to prepare fields, plant seeds, and perform maintenance tasks
Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution across fields and garden areas
Use hand tools and power tools for pruning, repairing fences, or installing new infrastructure
Conduct routine inspections of crops, soil conditions, and farm equipment to identify issues early
Perform heavy lifting of supplies, soil, or harvested produce as needed to support daily farm operations
Support general maintenance tasks including cleaning equipment, repairing machinery, and managing farm supplies

Requirements

Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot farm machinery and tools
Experience with irrigation systems and horticultural practices preferred
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment with proper training or certification
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance procedures on a farm setting
Strong understanding of basic math for measurements, calculations related to planting or fertilizing schedules
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
Prior experience in agriculture or related fields is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
