About Us:

Barski Industries is a leading North American manufacturer of fiberglass pump stations, proudly located in West Kelowna. As a growing company, we’re dedicated to providing long-term career opportunities with room for rapid growth and advancement.

We are currently hiring Production Workers for our day shift, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM. This role involves assembling fiberglass pump stations, including working with mechanical components and fiberglass materials. You’ll work alongside a skilled Journeyman, who will provide hands-on training and help you develop your skills.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with fiberglass and pipe fitting; gel coat, chopping, rolling, etc.
Experience working in a production environment.
Comfortable working around machinery and using small power tools (e.g., grinders, saws, drills).

Required Skills:

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.
Capability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Positive, professional attitude with a proactive approach to work.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and work while standing for extended periods.

Additional Qualities:

Dependability, punctuality and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
Must have own transportation.
