Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior & Master Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair styling services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients. Your expertise in hair care, combined with outstanding customer service skills, will help create an unforgettable experience for each client who walks through our doors.

Duties

Deliver high-quality hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and personalized service.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet salon sales goals.
Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters creativity and teamwork.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Strong upselling abilities to promote salon services and retail products.
Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Experience in retail sales is preferred to enhance product recommendations.
