About Lifemark Harvey Avenue Clinic, located in Kelowna, BC.
Our Lifemark Harvey Avenue clinic is centrally located along Highway 97, close to the Kelowna Recreation Centre, with lots of parking and is a wheelchair accessible facility. The clinic is a large multidisciplinary rehabilitation facility providing a full rehabilitation gym and private treatment rooms specializing in Physiotherapy Rehabilitation, Concussion Care, Pain Management, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Counselling, Hand Therapy, and many more. Your impact
As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people's spirits up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centred care. In this role, you will:
- Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
- Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
- Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
Are you the right fit?
We're seeking a compassionate clinician who leads with empathy and integrity. A great listener, a clear communicator, and someone who seeks to understand what motivates our patients to guide how to personalize a plan of care to meet their needs. Above all, you are driven to grow – both professionally and personally. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
- Professional liability insurance (as required).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
- 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience with concussion or traumatic brain injury, vestibular, and craniosaral therapy training (preferred; newly licensed grads are encouraged to apply!).
- Ability to troubleshoot multi-factorial pain issues/headaches that may or may not have a mental health component..
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
