New Multidisciplinary Healthcare Clinic

Mission Village Health is a new multidisciplinary conservative care clinic in the Mission Village (Ponds Community), Kelowna. We are seeking a professional, organized, and patient-focused Medical Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our clinic and a central part of our healthcare team.

This is an opportunity to join a modern clinic from the ground up in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

About the Clinic

Mission Village Health provides evidence-based musculoskeletal and rehabilitative care, including:

Chiropractic
Physiotherapy
Registered Massage Therapy
Acupuncture

We emphasize professionalism, communication, and a high-quality patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
Oversee JaneApp booking system and patient records
Process payments and handle direct billing to extended health providers
Support clinic flow between practitioners and patients
Maintain a clean, organized reception area
Washing & drying linens
Assist with administrative tasks and daily clinic operations

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a medical, allied health, or professional office setting preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable with the JaneApp
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

You are someone who enjoys helping people, stays calm in a busy environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
