Every season, we have applicants with landscaping experience and applicants with none. The people who succeed here aren't always the most experienced—they're the ones who show up, stay curious, and keep improving.
We are hiring 3 more Landscape Maintenance Apprentices for the 2026 season.
Who This Role Is For
You’ll likely be a strong fit if you:
- Have real experience working outdoors (landscaping, tree planting, construction, farming, trail work, outdoor recreation, etc.)
- Take pride in physical work and can handle long, demanding days
- Show up on time, prepared to work, and take initiative.
- Want to build a long-term career in landscaping or the trades
- Are coachable, humble, and willing to learn
- Care about doing quality work — even when no one is watching
- Work well on a team and contribute to a positive crew environment
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude, coachability, and team-first mindset

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a maintenance crew responsible for high-end residential properties. Your work will include:
- Lawn care: mowing, trimming, edging
- Garden bed care: pruning, weeding, mulching
- Seasonal cleanups
- Learning irrigation basics
- Safe operation of tools and equipment
- Maintaining clean, organized job sites
This is hands-on, outdoor work. It is physically demanding and detail-oriented.
We work hard, but we don't believe in yelling, ego, or "sink or swim." We coach each other, celebrate growth, and hold one another to high standards. We believe a supportive team and exceptional work go hand in hand.
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
- You are reliable and trusted by your crew
- You consistently produce clean, high-quality work
- You take feedback well and improve quickly
- After your first season, your foreman trusts you to complete work properly without constant supervision.
- You are progressing toward Apprentice → Foreman growth
Training & Career Growth
We're not looking for someone who already knows everything.
We're looking for someone who works hard, takes feedback well, and wants to build a career.

Compensation & Benefits
- $22–$26/hr (with relevant outdoor experience)
- Paid overtime (8 hrs/day or 40 hrs/week)
- Profit sharing (up to 15%)
