We are a top-producing real estate team completing 70+ transactions annually, and we are looking for an experienced, client-focused Realtor to take ownership of the client experience from accepted offer through to closing.
In this role, you will become a trusted point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the transaction process and ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way. You’ll manage key milestones, coordinate with the various professionals involved, help navigate challenges, and provide the level of service our clients have come to expect.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, solving problems, communicating clearly, and keeping deals moving forward. You should be comfortable taking ownership of a transaction, anticipating issues before they arise, and confidently guiding clients through inspections, negotiations, contracts, deadlines, and closing. You’ll have the support of an established team, proven systems, and administrative resources, but you will be the person our clients rely on to make sure their experience is exceptional.

Compensation:
$70,000 annual salary + bonus structure
Responsibilities:-
Lead all transactions from accepted offer through successful closing, taking full ownership of the client experience and transaction process

Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers and sellers throughout their transaction

Conduct client onboarding, milestone, and transaction update calls, ensuring clients are informed, supported, and confident at every stage

Prepare, present, and coordinate offers, amendments, and supporting documentation

Attend home inspections and confidently assist with inspection-related negotiations, problem-solving, and resolutions

Review, analyze, and summarize strata documentation and help clients understand key considerations and potential concerns

Coordinate with lenders, lawyers, inspectors, appraisers, and other third-party professionals to keep transactions progressing smoothly

Monitor transaction timelines and ensure all contractual deadlines, conditions, and requirements are met

Maintain accurate CRM records, client notes, and transaction documentation to ensure clear and consistent file management

Support lead follow-up, showing coordination, and client communication when required

Assist with CMA preparation, market research, and property analysis to support client decisions and transaction strategy

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of team systems, processes, and workflows

Participate in team events, special projects, and other responsibilities as needed to support the success of the team

Active Real Estate Licence in British Columbia

Valid BC driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, negotiations, and the full transaction lifecycle

Confident and professional communicator with the ability to guide clients through complex decisions

Proven ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple active transactions simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Paragon, Webforms, strata documentation, and the Kelowna real estate market

Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach with a willingness to contribute wherever needed

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM systems, and other technology platforms
