Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Digital Merchandising Co-ordinator to elevate our online presence and drive engaging digital campaigns. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative social media strategies, manage digital merchandising initiatives, and optimize content to maximize brand visibility across multiple platforms. Your energetic approach and keen eye for detail will help us connect authentically with our audience, boost brand awareness, and support our overall marketing objectives. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our digital footprint while honing your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.
Manage daily content scheduling using social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance digital merchandising efforts.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic reach and website traffic.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan digital campaigns aligned with brand goals and seasonal promotions.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights; prepare reports to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing; ensure messaging aligns with overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications

Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of social media platforms.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.
Familiarity with social media management applications like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
Experience with Facebook Advertising or other paid social media campaigns is highly desirable.
Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written content.
Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
