Full job description

Valley Mitsubishi in Kelowna is expanding our sales team and is currently hiring two Automotive Sales Representatives to support strong demand heading into the Summer selling season. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to build a long-term career with a growing dealership and well respected brand.

Whether you’re an experienced automotive professional or a strong salesperson ready to transition into the auto industry, we provide the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. For your application, I'd love to learn what makes you unique, and don't be afraid to come up with a creative way to communicate with us! Feel free to come to the dealership and drop your resume off in person as well!

What You’ll Do

Consult with customers to understand their needs and guide them through vehicle purchase options
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting features and benefits
Address customer questions and objections confidently and professionally
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up
Generate leads and manage customer interactions using CRM tools
Work toward individual and dealership sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience

What We’re Looking For

Automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required
Previous sales or customer service experience with a steady work history required
Outgoing, relationship-focused personality (“people person”)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence, motivation, and quick problem-solving ability
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, MS Office, and online tools
Professional appearance suitable for a dealership environment
Self-driven with a desire to achieve personal and team goals
Must be eligible to attain a VSA licence for sales in British Columbia

Compensation & Benefits

Earning potential: $75,000–$150,000+ per year (no commission cap)
Guaranteed base hourly pay
Competitive commission structure
Monthly F&I bonuses and spiffs
January & February cash bonuses

Schedule: Typical start 8:30–9:30 AM | End 5:30–6:00 PM
