Join the Two Donkeys Bakery Team in West Kelowna as a Skilled Sales Associate!

We are excited to announce that our Two Donkeys Bakery team in West Kelowna is seeking for experienced, high-energy, and adaptable Sales Associates. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Key Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service and cash handling is required.
Food Safety certification is an asset and preferred.
Must be a fast learner, reliable, and highly adaptable to different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
A team player with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to collaboration.
Friendly, outgoing, and able to engage with customers to create a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their bakery purchases.
Accurately and efficiently handle cash transactions, ensuring the register balances at the end of the shift.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
Use your food handling skills to package and serve bakery items.
Upsell bakery products to enhance the customer experience.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
