We are currently seeking an Experienced / Journeyman Commercial Roofer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Roofing Installation & Production

Install and repair commercial roofing systems safely and efficiently
Work with a variety of roofing systems and materials
Follow manufacturer specifications and company quality standards
Read and follow drawings, layouts, and project instructions
Maintain productivity while ensuring quality workmanship
Support efficient jobsite workflow and organization

Safety Responsibilities

Follow all company safety policies and WorkSafeBC regulations
Participate in FLHAs, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
Identify and report hazards, unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses
Wear required PPE and follow safe work procedures at all times
Help maintain a clean and organized job site

Teamwork & Accountability

Work collaboratively with Foremen, Lead Hands, and crew members
Mentor and support newer workers when appropriate
Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to work
Respect company tools, vehicles, equipment, and job sites
Maintain a professional attitude on site and when representing the company

Qualifications

3+ Years commercial roofing experience required
Journeyman and/or Red Seal Certification considered a strong asset
Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and safe work practices
Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work well within a team environment
Valid driver’s license considered an asset
Additional safety certifications considered an asset
