Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders.
Manage the bar's inventory, including ordering supplies and keeping track of stock levels.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and handle payments.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback in a professional manner.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Basic math skills for managing transactions accurately.
Familiarity with the food industry and knowledge of various beverages is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
