We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, reliable service while maintaining safe and professional work environments. As we continue to expand in Kelowna, we are looking for hardworking and dependable team members to join our crew.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Worker to assist with maintaining commercial and strata landscapes across Kelowna and surrounding areas. This role involves working outdoors with a team performing regular landscape maintenance tasks to keep properties looking clean, safe, and well maintained.

Responsibilities

Lawn mowing, edging, and trimming
Hedge and shrub pruning
Weed control and garden bed maintenance
Leaf cleanup and seasonal property cleanups
Operating landscape maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers)
Maintaining clean and safe worksites
Assisting with spring and fall cleanup projects
Reporting maintenance issues or property concerns to the crew lead

Requirements

Previous landscaping or outdoor labour experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
Valid driver’s license is an asset
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well in a team environment
