AGRICULTURAL PARTS SHIPPER/RECEIVER

Location: Winchester NH, ON

Type: Fulltime, Permanent

Every day, farmers depend on their equipment to get the job done. Whether it's planting in the spring, hay season in the summer, or harvest in the fall, having the right part at the right time can make all the difference.

At Delta Power Equipment, we're proud to support the farmers and agricultural businesses that help feed our communities. We're currently looking for an Agricultural Parts Shipper/Receiver to join our Winchester NH team.

This role is more than shipping and receiving. You'll play a key part in ensuring parts and equipment move efficiently through the dealership so our customers can stay productive when it matters most.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments
Unload shipments safely, including repetitive lifting of parts and materials
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and lift trucks as required
Match incoming products to purchase orders and shipping documentation
Verify shipment accuracy and ensure all required paperwork is complete
Sort, organize, and distribute incoming parts and materials to the appropriate departments
Assist with scheduling freight pickups and deliveries when required
Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving missing shipments, damaged goods, or incomplete documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area
Support inventory control and warehouse organization initiatives

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Working experience in Shipping and Receiving role preferred.
Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting.
Able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Word, Excel, and email required. Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
