LOOKING FOR PART TIME WEEKEND WORKER (possibly weekday hours as well)-

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for the upkeep and repair of farm buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on structures and around the property
Maintain and repair equipment and structures around the property
Conduct general landscaping duties
Assist with seasonal preparation and upkeep of infrastructure.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate with external contractors as needed.
Keep work areas clean and organized, following safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or a similar role.
Basic Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
Ability to operate farm machinery and power tools safely.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license (preferred).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week

Experience:

Facilities maintenance: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
