Location: Brewers Village, 1415 Valley Drive

Hours: Part time positions available. Up to 35-hours/ week.

Wage: Starts at $17.60/ hour

Summer Job: Flexible hours and weekend availability is a must.

WE’RE HIRING! Join the Brew Crew at Brewer’s Village – Kenora’s newest hangout spot! Operated by Lake of the Woods Brewing Company, we are serving up gourmet hot dogs, sandwiches, ice cream by the scoop, sweet treats, sunshine, and good vibes all summer long, in a lively outdoor beer garden and community hub.

We are a locally owned and operated company in Kenora, Ontario that provides distinctive dining options and excellent craft beer!

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and friendliness
Prepare and assemble gourmet hot dogs, deli-style sandwiches, ice cream cones, cups and sundaes with attention to presentation.
Restock deli meats, hot dogs, buns, loaves of bread, condiments, ice cream, cones, toppings and supplies throughout shift
Maintain a clean and organized prep area and service counter
Create a welcoming, fun atmosphere for guests at the Brewers Village
Offer suggestions and menu guidance to customers
Operate POS system accurately; process payments via cash, credit, or debit
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and good judgment
Communicate clearly and positively with teammates and guests
Execute daily opening and closing duties, including opening/closing the Sea Can when needed
Contribute to the overall team effort by completing tasks as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE JOB

Previous food service or customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
Evening and weekend availability
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Positive, upbeat personality and willingness to learn
Ability to stay motivated, move quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Proven ability to build rapport with teammates and guests alike
Organized, task-focused, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities
