Real Estate Agent / REALTOR® – Leads Provided, Training & Mentorship

We are generating a significant volume of real estate leads and inquiries, and we need hungry, motivated agents who are willing to WORK them.

You don't need to have a massive database.

You don't need to be a top producer.

You don't need to know everything on day one.

But you do need to be willing to pick up the phone.

If you're willing to call leads, follow up consistently, build relationships, set appointments and learn how to convert opportunities into clients, we'll provide the training, systems, support and environment to help you grow.

Whether you're newly licensed, currently completing your real estate education, or already working as a REALTOR® and looking for a brokerage with more opportunities, we want to hear from you.

One of the biggest challenges for many real estate agents is simply finding enough people to talk to.

At Realty Wealth Group, we have invested in lead generation systems designed to create a steady flow of potential real estate opportunities.

We're looking for agents who are comfortable:

Picking up the phone and calling new leads.
Responding quickly to incoming inquiries.
Having real conversations with buyers and sellers.
Qualifying potential clients.
Setting appointments.
Following up consistently.
Building relationships with leads who may not be ready today.
Turning conversations into appointments and appointments into clients.

Our brokerage Lead Generation System gives participating agents the opportunity to work brokerage-generated leads on a 50/50 commission basis.

We can help create the opportunity. Your job is to work it.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Real Estate Agent with Realty Wealth Group, you will:

Contact and follow up with brokerage-generated real estate leads.
Make outbound calls and respond to inbound opportunities.
Qualify buyers and sellers and schedule appointments.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients.
Guide clients through the buying and selling process.
Conduct property showings and buyer consultations.
Prepare, present and negotiate real estate offers.
Prospect for additional business and referrals.
Use CRM and real estate technology to manage leads and transactions.
Research property values and local market trends.
Participate in brokerage training, coaching and support sessions.
Maintain professional standards and RECO compliance.

COMPENSATION

Full Commission – Unlimited Earning Potential
