Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking person join our team. This role is essential in supporting various construction projects by performing physically demanding tasks and assisting skilled tradespeople. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow safety protocols, and a willingness to learn new skills. Prior experience in construction is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable industry experience and develop a career in construction.

Duties

Assist skilled workers such as carpenters and operators with their tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance
Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
Operate basic hand tools and machinery with proper training and supervision

Experience

Prior experience in construction or manual labor is advantageous but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different job sites and tasks
Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
Also looking for Class 1/3 drivers
Also looking for heavy equipment operators
Also looking for carpenters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$34.44 per hour
