Working at the most senior levels across the University and globally, you will lead a team that delivers gifts that are truly transformational. Reporting to the Vice Principal (Advancement) and a member of her Leadership Team, you will lead our engagement with principal level prospects around the world and help shape and drive Queen’s next fundraising campaign.
You will be a values-driven leader with extensive experience in successfully developing and overseeing institution-wide principal gift fundraising. Comfortable orchestrating a myriad of constituents, you will have a demonstrable record of building relationships and engaging with philanthropists and high net-worth individuals.
This role may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement within the Province of Ontario. Candidates must be able to maintain a regular onsite presence at Queen’s University campus in Kingston, Ontario as required by the position.
Please note that this position requires travel within and outside of Canada to meet with donors, alumni and volunteers, representing the University and the Office of Advancement to internal and external audiences.
