You will lead a talented team of fundraisers, directing our major and leadership giving, gift planning, corporate and foundation relations, prospect development, and donor experience programs as well as managing a key portfolio of high-value prospects. Key to success will shaping and implementing plans that advance fundraising performance.
Reporting to the Vice Principal (Advancement) and a member of her Leadership Team, you will work at the most senior levels, acting as a key source of strategic guidance and support for university leaders, academics, and fundraising colleagues across the University.

This role may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement within the Province of Ontario. Candidates must be able to maintain a regular onsite presence at Queen’s University campus in Kingston, Ontario as required by the position.
Please note that this position requires travel within and outside of Canada to meet with donors, alumni and volunteers, representing the University and the Office of Advancement to internal and external audiences.
