Overview

Morning and Afternoon shifts. Join our vibrant team as an Experienced Barista and become the heart of a lively, customer-focused environment! In this role, you’ll craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding service, and create memorable experiences for every guest. Your expertise in food and beverage preparation, combined with your energetic attitude, will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. We’re looking for a passionate professional who thrives in fast-paced settings and loves sharing their love of coffee and food with others.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Handle food preparation tasks, pastries, and light snacks according to health and safety standards
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing any special requests or concerns
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling stations and seating areas
Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashing out at the end of shifts
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times

Requirements

Proven experience as a Barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage customization
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Capable of standing for extended periods while maintaining high energy levels throughout shifts
