Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media and Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant marketing team. Responsibilities

Create compelling content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency with brand voice and style.
Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to maximize reach and engagement.
Develop visually appealing graphics and multimedia content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite to support campaigns.
Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and improve organic search rankings.
Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to boost visibility and conversions.
Monitor social media analytics using Google Analytics and platform insights to evaluate campaign performance and inform future strategies.
Support the team in proofreading and editing marketing materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
Collaborate on digital marketing initiatives related to e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless integration of promotional efforts.

Skills

Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies with a focus on social media management and content creation.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with social media management applications like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns that drive results.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms to support online sales initiatives.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail for editing marketing copy.
