What You'll Be Doing

As our Field Marketing Manager (Canvasser), you're the first face of RocketPainter in the neighbourhoods we serve. Your job is to go door-to-door, introduce homeowners to what we do, spark genuine interest, and book qualified estimate appointments for our sales team.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

At the Door

Canvass assigned neighbourhoods on foot, connecting with homeowners face-to-face
Introduce RocketPainter warmly and professionally. You represent the brand at every door
Start real conversations, spot homeowners with painting needs, and generate interest
Handle "no" gracefully and keep moving (volume and consistency are the game)

Booking Appointments

Book qualified in-home estimate appointments for our sales team
Confirm the basics so every appointment is worth the visit (e.g. the right people, a real project, a realistic timeline)
Set clear expectations so homeowners look forward to the estimate

Tracking & Teamwork

Log every door, conversation, and booking so we know what's working
Hit daily and weekly activity and booking targets
Share what you're hearing at the doors so we keep getting sharper
