Integrity is actively recruiting an Afternoon Shift EDM Operator
to join our expanding team.
As an EDM Operator, you will learn the mold making industry from a machining perspective. This team member will work alongside the other members of the EDM department to ensure a quality product is produced every time.
This position will report directly to the Machining Group Leader.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Program effective and efficient tool paths
- Setup work pieces (core, cavity, components, etc.)
- Accurately load and unload EDM robots
- Responsible for the quality of the products they are burning
- Meet tight deadlines for jobs assigned to them
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work steady afternoon shift
- 1-2 years’ experience with the EDM process an asset, but not required
- Experience with Makino machines and Tebis software an asset, but not required
- Ability to accurately set up jobs, understand burn settings and program
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures
- Good communication and organizational skills
