Full job description

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment, and no two days are exactly the same. One day may involve receiving inventory and processing shipments, while another may focus on order fulfillment, inventory management, quality control, or customer deliveries.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product condition.
Load and unload trucks safely.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Process domestic and international shipments.
Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate shipments with courier partners.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and order pickers.
Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support other warehouse and operational activities as required.

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience.
Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting and moving products.
Experience with domestic and international shipping, including carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, and other courier services, is a strong asset.

Important

While this role includes physical warehouse work, it is not strictly a labour position. The successful candidate will also be responsible for inventory accuracy, shipping documentation, quality control, organization, and ensuring orders are processed correctly. We are looking for someone who can think critically, stay organized, and take ownership of their work.

This position is best suited to candidates with relevant warehouse and shipping experience. Applicants whose background closely matches the qualifications listed above will be given priority consideration.

Responsabilités

Préparer, emballer et expédier les commandes avec précision.

Effectuer des contrôles de qualité avant l'expédition des produits.
Maintenir des registres d'inventaire précis à l'aide du système de gestion d'entrepôt (SGE/WMS).
Traiter les expéditions nationales et internationales.
Préparer la documentation d'expédition et coordonner les envois avec différents transporteurs.
Utiliser les équipements d'entrepôt, notamment les chariots élévateurs et les préparateurs de commandes.
Participer aux inventaires et à l'organisation des stocks.
Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, organisé et sécuritaire.
Soutenir les différentes activités de l'entrepôt selon les besoins opérationnels.

Profil recherché

Expérience en entrepôt, en expédition, en réception ou en distribution.
Expérience avec les chariots élévateurs et autres équipements d'entrepôt (atout).
Grande attention aux détails et souci de l'exactitude.
Bon sens de l'organisation et capacité à résoudre des problèmes.
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe.
Capacité à effectuer des tâches physiques, incluant le levage et le déplacement de marchandises.
Une expérience en expédition nationale et internationale, notamment avec UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator et d'autres services de messagerie, constitue un atout important.

Important

Bien que ce poste comporte une composante physique, il ne s'agit pas uniquement d'un travail manuel. La personne retenue participera également à la gestion de l'inventaire, à la préparation de la documentation d'expédition, au contrôle de la qualité et à l'exactitude des commandes. Nous recherchons une personne organisée, attentive aux détails et capable de prendre des initiatives.

Ce poste convient principalement aux candidats possédant une expérience pertinente en entrepôt et en expédition. Les candidatures dont le profil correspond le mieux aux qualifications recherchées seront priorisées.
