Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, with a strong understanding of bartending techniques and customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere while serving drinks and providing exceptional service to our guests.

COMPETENCIES OF THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

Bilingual - English/French.
Customer service skills, with a positive, attentive, and inviting personality.
Team player with a motivational and inclusive approach to work and his/her teammates.
Courteous and professional attitude.
Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
Food and beverage and customer service experience in a high-service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
Engage with members, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options.
Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service for all guests.

Requirements

1 year experience in a similar role
Not enrolled in full-time studies (this position goes from now until December)

Nous recherchons un barman compétent et enthousiaste pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Le candidat idéal sera passionné par le secteur de la restauration et possédera une solide maîtrise des techniques de bar et du service à la clientèle. En tant que barman, vous serez chargé de créer une ambiance accueillante tout en servant des boissons et en offrant un service exceptionnel à nos clients.

COMPÉTENCES DU CANDIDAT IDÉAL :

Bilingue - anglais/français.
Compétences en service à la clientèle, avec une personnalité positive, attentive et accueillante.
Esprit d'équipe et approche motivante et inclusive du travail et de ses collègues.
Attitude courtoise et professionnelle.
Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front et à rester calme sous pression.
Une expérience dans le domaine de la restauration et du service à la clientèle dans un environnement haut de gamme est un atout.

Responsabilités

Préparer et servir des boissons alcoolisées et non alcoolisées selon les recettes standard et les préférences des clients.
Veiller à la propreté et à l'organisation de l'espace bar, en s'assurant que tout l'équipement est correctement désinfecté.
Interagir avec les membres, leur fournir des recommandations et répondre à leurs questions sur les boissons proposées.
Surveiller les niveaux de stock des fournitures du bar et aider à passer les commandes si nécessaire.
Respecter les réglementations en matière de sécurité alimentaire et les directives relatives au service responsable d'alcool.
Collaborer avec le personnel de cuisine pour assurer un service rapide des commandes de plats, le cas échéant.
Gérer efficacement son temps pendant les services de pointe afin d'assurer un service rapide à tous les clients.

Exigences

1 an d'expérience dans un poste similaire
Ne pas être inscrit à des études à temps plein (ce poste s'étend de maintenant à mi-décembre)
