Effectuer des recherches auprès de divers registres publics, notamment le RDPRM, le REQ, Corporations Canada, le Bureau du surintendant des faillites, l’OPIC, ainsi que des recherches effectuées en vertu de l’article 427 de la Loi sur les Banques;
Rédiger des rapports de recherches;
Préparer et publier des formulaires auprès du RDPRM;
Analyser les documents de sûretés pour des fins de publication;
Rédaction de documents de sûretés tels que des hypothèques et des cautionnements;
Rédaction de documents transactionnels, comme des résolutions, des certificats de dirigeants et des agendas de clôture ;
Toutes autres tâches connexes pouvant être demandées dans le cadre de vos fonctions.
Minimum de deux (2) à cinq (5) ans d’expérience à titre de parajuriste/technicien(ne) juridique;
Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers et à respecter les délais dans un environnement en constante évolution ;
Excellentes aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes, sens des affaires, capacités d'analyse et d'organisation ;
Autonome et débrouillard ;
Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et de communication ;
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Paralegal in Finance and Corporate Law

Conduct searches with the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights (RPMRR) and other public databases (REQ, Corporations Canada, Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, CIPO), and obtain searches under section 427 of the Bank Act;
Prepare search reports;
Prepare and file registration and discharge forms with the RPMRR;
Analyze security documents for publication purposes;
Drafting security documents such as hypothecs and guarantees;
Prepare transactional documents, such as resolutions, certificates from officers and closing agendas;
Perform any other related tasks requested as part of your duties.
Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of experience as a paralegal;
Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a constantly changing environment;
Excellent problem-solving skills, business acumen, analytical and organizational skills;
Independent and resourceful;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.

Diploma of College Studies in Paralegal Technology or Attestation of College Studies in Paralegal Studies (required)
