As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, styles, and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for all clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience.
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat business through excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards.
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience with front desk operations is a plus.
- Retail sales experience is advantageous but not required.
