The Roll in a Nutshell:

Leading a crew of 2-3 on high-end residential projects
Taking a leadership role for critical phases of our projects
Completing a diverse range of daily tasks required for renovations, including:
• Demolition
Structural Framing
Window and Door installation
Insulation
Trim Carpentry
Exterior finishing

Keeping tools, equipment, job sites, administrative systems, and vehicles organized and clean

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years in residential renovations/construction
Experience leading junior-level labourers/carpenters an asset
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
College carpentry or pre-apprenticeship programs an asset but not required
First aid training and Working-at-heights training an asset but not required
Driver's License and own transportation
You aspire for a long-term career in construction. This is a great stepping stone to becoming a Site Supervisor!
You are eager to learn and develop your skills.
You have a real passion for working with your hands and building.
You enjoy variety in what you do.
You take a ton of pride in delivering a high-quality product.
You like working as part of a fast-paced team and have a great sense of humour.
