What will you be doing?

Responsible for carrying out and delegating tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
Supports Kitchen Manager with planning staffing levels according to the daily operations of the business.
Works alongside line cooks to ensure food is prepared consistently to specifications, in a timely and efficient manner, and that standard operating procedures, proper food handling techniques, and health and safety procedures are being followed on a consistent basis.
Will help ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
The Kitchen Supervisor must have a complete working knowledge of BP menu, recipes, assembly and plating specifications.
The organization and cleanliness of the HOH area will be a top priority of the kitchen supervisor and they will ensure that their checklists and cleaning schedules are being followed during and following their shift.
The Kitchen Supervisor may be required to assist in the training and development of new employees.

What We're Looking For?

1-2 year’s kitchen experience (preferably supervisory experience).
Food Handler certification.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Passion, enthusiasm, focus, creativity, and a positive outlook.
Ability to multi-task and work well under stress.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Will work varied hours, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and some lifting.
