About Us:

Pickles HomeExteriors is a leading provider of high-quality windows and doors. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and craftsmanship to our customers. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Window and Door Installation Foreman/Lead Hand to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The Window and Door Installation Foreman/Lead Hand will oversee and lead a team of installers to ensure the efficient and accurate installation of windows and doors for residential projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of window and door installers, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the company’s high standards.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow and address any issues or changes in project scope.
Perform installation tasks as needed, including removing old windows/doors, preparing openings, and installing new units.
Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Train and mentor team members, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices.
Manage job site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment, and waste disposal.
Maintain accurate records of labor hours, materials used, and project progress.
Address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in window and door installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and materials.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Relevant certifications or training in construction, carpentry, or a related field is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour
