Sales Team Lead – Rogers Telecom

Location: Kitchener, ON
Job Type: Independent Contractor | Commission-Based
Pay: CA$200.00 – CA$500.00 per day*
Work Location: Hybrid

Dios Management is expanding its Rogers telecom sales operations in Kitchener and is looking for a motivated, results-oriented Sales Team Lead to help recruit, develop and lead a high-performing customer acquisition team.

This hybrid opportunity is ideal for an experienced sales professional, telecom representative, outbound sales specialist, team leader or high-performing closer who understands how to generate opportunities, engage customers, close deals and help others improve their performance.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach and support a team of sales representatives
Recruit and onboard new sales talent
Train representatives on prospecting, customer engagement and closing
Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
Set and communicate daily and weekly sales objectives
Monitor individual and team sales performance
Develop strategies to improve sales conversion and customer acquisition
Help representatives handle objections and improve closing techniques
Lead by example with strong personal sales performance
Track team activity, productivity and sales results
Motivate the team in a competitive, target-driven environment
Maintain strong customer-service and compliance standards
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions and performance reviews

Who We're Looking For

2+ years of outbound, field, telecom or direct sales experience preferred
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication, prospecting and closing skills
Previous leadership, coaching or training experience is an asset
Telecom experience with Rogers, Bell, TELUS, Fido or another provider is an asset
Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities
Competitive, energetic and results-focused personality
Ability to recruit, motivate and develop sales representatives
Strong leadership and accountability skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Reliable transportation is an asset
Incorporated or willing to incorporate as an independent contractor

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity.

Earnings vary based on individual sales, team production, product mix and overall performance.

The compensation structure is designed to reward both individual sales performance and team leadership. High-performing team leaders can increase their earning potential by building productive teams and consistently achieving sales targets.
