Associate Dentist Opportunity

Full-Time | Kitchener-Waterloo Region, ON

A busy, well-established, technology-driven dental practice in the Kitchener-Waterloo Region is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a strong clinical team in a high-growth, high-support environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is:

Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
Clinically confident, thoughtful, and committed to quality care
Strong in communication and able to connect well with patients
Warm, professional, and able to build trust with patients and the team
Motivated to continue learning and expanding their skills
Comfortable with comprehensive treatment planning
Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
Open to mentorship, feedback, and continued development
Interested in becoming a key long-term clinical contributor within the practice

Confidence and experience in oral surgery and molar endodontics are strong assets, especially for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive, procedure-driven care. Experience with CEREC, clear aligners, implants, or sedation is also an asset, but not required. The most important qualities are clinical strength, motivation, humility, strong soft skills, and a genuine desire to keep improving.

Compensation
