Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Paid Training | No Experience Required

This is a full-time, permanent Monday to Friday position with pre-booked appointments—no door-to-door sales, no cold calling.

What You'll Do

As a Client Service Representative, you'll visit homeowners at appointments arranged by our office and provide professional consultations regarding environmentally friendly home improvement solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

Meeting with homeowners at company-scheduled appointments
Performing simple in-home product evaluations (training provided)
Understanding each customer's needs and recommending appropriate solutions
Explaining product features and benefits clearly and professionally
Providing exceptional customer service from start to finish
Building trust and long-lasting customer relationships
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Representing the H2O4Life brand with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates typically have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and professional appearance
Strong customer service skills
Self-motivation and reliability
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A willingness to learn and accept coaching
A valid driver's licence
Reliable transportation
Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, account management, home improvement, or service industries is considered an asset—but is not required.
